For general pest control, the company offer "one-time" service, as well as an annual program (Diamond Program) which consists of 1 complete service, inside and out, then 3 additional quarterly exterior services. Once new clients try them, they rarely switch to one of their competitors. For termite control, they offer two types. One is the Sentricon Colony Elimination System. This type eliminates all the termite colonies surrounding your home without using liquid chemicals.The company also offer liquid treatments which are sometimes a little less expensive than the Sentricon method. They have a coupon on their webpage for all our services.

It varies. For general pest control, our "one time" service is around $100 and our annual Diamond Service is around $300. Termite treatments are priced by the size of the home and the general difficulty. |
