Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Our client's satisfaction is our top priority. The initial deposit is non refundable to save the date. However, the contract may be canceled at any time and a refund issued minus monies for work already performed on the client's behalf.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I am a certified bridal consultant and I am qualified through the Association of Bridal Consultants. My assistants are also highly trained and certified. I've been working with event professionals for over 10 years.

Q.  How many weddings have you planned?
  We have planned and perfectly executed 56 weddings since the company's conception in 2006. However, we are working on several events at any given time. I've also had 10 years of project management, purchasing, and marketing experience, including corporate event planning and holiday party planning.

Q.  How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
  Complete event design including lighting and table scapes, budget creation, vendor selection research and attendance of appointments, contract negotiations, itinerary creation, "weekend of" services for wedding rehearsal, cermony,and reception.

Q.  Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.
  Meet with a professional wedding consultant/designer to get a clear vision of your big day and create a budget. Allow the consultant to find the perfect vendors to meet both budget and expectations. Then relax and shop for a gown while the consultant takes care of the details to create an unforgettable event.

Q.  Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
  That will really depend on the couple's vision and budget. We do have vendors that we love to use but are open minded to new vendors chosen by the couple or needed because of something special they bring to the event.

Q.  Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
  On some items I do. That is actually how I save the bride money. I pass these savings on to the bride. Some planners take a fee for their work and kickbacks. I simply have a fee depending on your wedding package and budget. NO KICKBACKS GO BACK TO SHARP WEDDINGS AND EVENTS! THEY GO STRAIGHT TO THE BRIDE.

Q.  Can I afford a bridal consultant?
  Event planning and design can take hours, days, and even weeks out of your life. In this world where a person is expected to work harder and produce more, can you afford not to have a planner?

Q.  What are your rates?
  Every event is different and every clients needs are different. It is impossible to determine an estimated rate without at least speaking to you on the phone. Once we've had a consultation to get to know each other and determine what needs you have from us, we can then determine the final quote for your personalized services.

Q.  What makes you different from other bridal consultants/wedding planners?
  Not only do we keep your schedule and wedding plans on track, but we will design the entire event specifically to match who YOU are including lighting design and innovative and couture tablescapes. Above all, we listen.

Q.  What services do you provide? What are your specialties?
  Budget creation, determination of target market and how to reach them, getting the best "bang for your buck", unique event design and entertainment choices. Complete coordination from the moment the doors open, to the grand finale.

  I've planned various types of events from corporate Christmas parties to team retreats, anniversary parties, and retirement parties. We've done many wonderful weddings.

Q.  How do you charge for your services? Do you require a deposit?
  Services are charged based on the complexity of the event. Hourly consulting and referral service is available as well.
