• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  There is a 50% down non-refundable deposit policy with all Full Service and Wedding Day Consulting packages due at signing of contract. If some reason the wedding does not hold or is rescheduled the balance of the package is not due unless the wedding has been rescheduled with the consulting package to continue.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I have been in business for over 6 years and have references from several satisfied customers.
• How many weddings have you planned?
  I have provided services for over 100 weddings.
• How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
  This depends entirely on what package you select whether full service Planning, partial Planning or Wedding day Coordination. We do offer a make-up artist and hair stylist on site as well along with other services such as invitations, accessories, gowns, jewelry and more.
• Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.
  This again would be something that would need to be determined once I have spoken to the couple and established what the vision of their dream wedding would be.
• Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
  Yes, for some specific needs I do. It also depends on the budget and the couples vision of their dream wedding.
• Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
  Not ususally. I do offer retail services but so do many other consultants. As far as most vendors go I just use them based on trust and overall presentation of their work.
• Can I afford a bridal consultant?
  A bridal consultants fees are already in your budget because they are designed to save you money,time and emotional stress. You can not afford not the have a bridal consultant.
• What are your rates?
  It depends upon your needs or what package you select. Hourly consulting is available in packages as well.
• What makes you different from other bridal consultants/wedding planners?
  My heart is in the bride and grooms best interest. You are not another client to me or another dollar. You become my friend. I make your dreams come true from "Yes" To "I Do."
