As food professinals, our focus in on obtaining and preparing the freshest seafood possible. Our ultimate goal is to create a "live" fish market and resturant, to showcase the talents of our four master chefs. Although the focus is seafood our staff have mastered three cuisines each. These include but are not limited to; Vegetarian, Modified American,Cajun Hispanic, Carribean(puerto rican, jamaican, philipine, guamanian), Italian, Asian, French,Diabetic, Bar-B-Que, Soul food and deserts.
