We warranty our work for one year, all material warranties will be transferred to the homeowner at the time of completion of the project. Any questions or concerns, homeowner's call us first and we help them through any questions. -

How does the building process work?
First, all specifications of the deck will be reviewed and signed off by homeowner prior to obtaining a building permit. Most municipalities approve permits with in 15 days of submittal. Typical decks are completed within less than two weeks depending on availability of scheduling municipality inspections. -

Typical decks can take from one to two weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the design and the timeframe of the township inspections. -

Your windows are measured to the exact size required prior to ordering material. Existing windows removed and new window installed immediately. We can also install new windows in an area that does not have an existing window. -

On average we can install 8 - 10 windows per day depending on the condition of the interior and exterior walls and the size of the windows. Bay windows or windows requiring additional structural work will require more time. -

Typically kitchen project are estimated as a compelte project not on an hourly basis. -

A cost breakdown will be provided from intial remodeling phases, detailed estimates by discipline (ie electrical, plumbing), etc. -

Due to insurance and worker's compensation typically the homeowner does not get involved in the building process. Many homeowner's do participate in painting or have certian tasks to complete after we have finished certain items and another established agreement has bee put in place. -
How does the building process work?
First is your kitchen design. If you prefer we can provide a certified designer to review all options with you for your new kitchen. We provide additional services in regards to room remodeling to allow for increasing the size of the kithcen area or create an addition if required. -
How long does it typically take to have this type of work completed?
The project length depends on the amount of remodeling to be completed prior to installation of the cabinets and countertops. Projects can vary from a couple of weeks to two months. We provide assiantance in prepairing the home with a temporary kitchen while renovation is completed. Every situation is different, but we try to make it as smooth of a process as possible. -

Design developed and agreed to by homeowner. Permits applications submitted. Framing and electrical & plumbing completed before the first round of inspections, insualtion and drywall installed, spackling, sanding, prming and painting, then all flooring, baseboard trim installed. Some municipalities require additional inpections along with the final inpsection. -

It depends on the size of the basement and if a bathroom is included. Most basements completed with in 4 - 6 weeks. Larger basements with built in cabinets, bars, etc. can take up to two months. -
