We strive very hard to meet your expectations. Your roof will meet all local code requirements. It will be installed to manufactures specifications. Sorry no refunds.

No payment plans at this time. Financing is available on approved credit through ENT Credit Union if you are a Colorado Springs Utilities Customer. We can provide you with more information if requested.

Cost based per job.

No! This becomes a safety issue and it is best if you let us the proffessional do the job so we can get in and out as quickly and safely as possible.

How does the building process work?

This only applies if you have a new home under construction and once the roof decking, soffit & fascia are installed and your roofing selection has been decided upon, we can proceed to have your roof ordered, delivered and installed. The roofing inspection will fall back onto the Home Builders permit. If we are the only contractor involved on your home at the time of the re-roof we will pull the permit required.

Q.	How long does it typically take to have this type of work completed?
Once the product is delivered (based on asphalt shingles, tile is a different process and time line) we can install right away. Typically from the signing of the contract to completed installation is 2 weeks. Excluding weather, strikes, Acts of God.
