BUYER SERVICES
-BUYER MARKET REPORT
This report will provide you with statistics of home sales within the neighborhoods and price range you have selected.
-OPTIONAL DAILY EMAILS
You will receive daily email of newly listed properties in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) that fit within your criteria. The email contains a link that takes you to detailed property information including a photo and address. This service is free. You may also search MLS on your own as often as you wish.

-NEGOTIATIONS
Negotiating is an art form that is ever changing and evolving with each experience. It is not just words used to convey or persuade, negotiating can actually include the way an initial offer is structured. Having represented both buyers and sellers for so many years, I have acquired quite a talent at negotiations. It is my favorite and sometimes most challenging step in a transaction. I treat my clients like family. I will use all my talent, experience, knowledge, and expertise to secure the purchase of the home that you desire.
-MORTGAGE SERVICES
