Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satified with the quality of the inspection, you pay nothing.

Q.	What areas of the house will you inspect?
We utilize the Standards and Practices of the Texas Real Estate Commission's guidelines as the basics of our inspections along with the Standards and Practices of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

Q.	What are your rates?
I charge $.10 per square ft on single family dwellings and have a $150.00 minimum on Condos and Townhouses.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
I have a Texas Real Estate Commission Professional Real Estate License # 6476 as well as being a Certified Inspector through NACHI.

Q.	Are you a member of the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors)?
I am a member of NACHI(National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) as well as a member of the International Code Council.
