Q.	What are your standard rates?
Your first appointment is always charged on an hourly basis, it just depends on how long it takes the maids to do our "65 Point Initial Deep Cleaning".After your first appointment you will receive a guaranteed price for your regular service. This price is determined based on many factors such as the size of your home, # of rooms,how many people live in the home, and how many pets you have.

Q.	Do you require a contract?
No, we do not require contracts. We do ask that you give us at least a 24hr notice if you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Q.	Do you clean windows?
Yes, we can clean interior windows as long as the maids can reach them on a two-step step ladder. We also can clean exterior first floor windows if the screens are removed and we can reach them on our two-step step ladders.

Yes, we can do laundry for an aditional charge based on the amount of time it takes to perform this task.
