Dr. Rai graduated from the University of British Columbia, Board Certified in Plastic Surgery in 1975. He became American Board Certified in 1977. He has practiced in New Westminster and surrounding areas since that time. Dr. Rai has held many positions with the Fraser Health Region and different Plastic Surery Societies. He is the founder of Operation Rainbow Canada, a non-profit organization of physicians who donate their services to underdeveloped countries. Dr. Rai's practice is mainly cosmetic specializing in facial rejuvenation and body contouring. He also uses injectables and fillers such as Botox, Radiesse,Restylane,Perlane, Dermalive, etc.
