  Most general pest control treatments come with a 90 day guarantee. Termite and Carpenter control treatments have a one year guarantee that is renewable at a lower cost the following year.

  Unfortunitly no. If the customer has signed a preventative maintenance agreement plan then all services must be rendered. These plans are disigned to prevent pest problems before they become big problems.
