Our company has been conducting business since 1981 specializing in Real Estate Services including Appraising(residential and commercial), Property Management(up to 100+ units per complex); Brokerage and Buyer representation; consulting; court testimony; development & rehab; exchanging nationwide through IRC 1031; investing; and financing. We are a member of the National Council of Exchangors, a nationwide network of exchangors & investors. as well as a member of the Hartford Board of Realtors and MLXchange. Marc Gottesdiener has been listed with Who's Who in Creative Real Estate, and has been a buyer's broker since 1981.
