We professionally process all images for optimal results, including color management, cropping, exposure, and artistic treatments. We have online proofing of our album designs so couples can make sure they are happy with how it looks before the final binding order is placed.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
We are members of PPA, Professional Photographers of America, WPPI, Wedding and Portrait Photographers of America. We have university degrees in photography, film and broadcasting. Our studio was established in 1980, and together we have over 40 years of professional experience with photography, film, video, advertising and broadcasting industries.

Q.	What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
We offer custom packages for each couple with an a la carte system. Packages with albums start around $3800. Our average bookings are between $4000 and $6000.

Q.	Do you require a deposit?
Yes. 25% of the total fee, good towards the balance.

Q.	How many pictures do you take?
It depends on how long the day is and how many "events" you have planned for your wedding. On average, we produce between 60 and 100 images an hour.

Q.	Can I keep the negatives?
All couples receive a high-resolution DVD archive and/or original film negatives about one month after the wedding.

Q.	How many weddings have you photographed?
As a boutique studio, we limit the number of weddings we accept to a maximum of 25 per year. This allows us to have greater interaction with our clients and offer exceptional premium services.

Q.	What is your photographic style?
Our approach is a creative editorial style, telling the unique story of your wedding day, but we also include formal portraits and will take requested photos from anyone attending your wedding.

Q.	Do you provide black and white photography?
Yes, we can convert digital files to black and white, or shoot actual black and white film in addition to digital coverage. Film coverage is an la carte price per roll charge.

Q.	Do you use digital or film?
We generally will shoot both digital and film, but couples can guarantee film coverage by including a specified amount of rolls in their package.

Q.	Can I see examples of your work?
Yes. We have samples at our studio, or you can easily view them online at our website www.weddingcreativo.com

Q.	How far are you willing to travel?
We will travel nationally and internationally for a fee, but in most cases, we will cover a 75 mile or 90 minute radius around Chicago for no additional fees.

Q.	How quickly will I receive my prints?
Image files are ready on DVD and online album about one month after the wedding. If couples include prints in their package, they arrive about one week after orders are placed.

Our experience gives us a wide variety of ideas for covering your day. We have an eye for creativity that is unique from other photogs. No two weddings are alike so we don't impose a set formula. We are a fun couple and enjoy being part of the big day, as well as interacting with your family and guests. We have formed lasting friendships with many of our clients after the wedding is over.
