• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  All of our work is fully guaranteed. If you're unhappy with the results, we will redo the wok or issue a refund.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I have for decades of experience in various aspects of photography and have concentrated on people for over 25 years. I hold the degree of Fell of Photography from the Maryland Professional Photographers Association and became a nationally Certified Professional Photographer in 1984.
• What are your rates?
  A portrait session, either in studio or on location, is $125.00. Finished portraits are additional and range in price from $45.00 to $2,000.00 depending on size and finish. Rates for a standard business portrait are $125.00 and include one finished image, delivered electronically.
• Do you require a deposit?
  Yes. A retainer of $125.00 books a portrait session. Additional deposits are collected at the time an order is placed. Business portraits sessions are prepaid.
• What packages do you offer?
  To better meet your specific needs, we offer our services on an a la carte basis. You can order exactly what you want. There's no need to get a package that has undesired sizes or quantities just to get the one size you really want.
• How many pictures do you take?
  There is no set number of images associated with a portrait session. I do as many as necessary to insure that you'll be happy with the results.
• Can I keep the negatives?
  Individual image files are available for purchase.
• What is your photographic style?
  In a word -- relaxed. I arrange people to make them look their best, but avoid stiff poses.
• Do you provide black and white photography?
  Yes. Our work is available in either black and white or color.
• Do you use digital or film?
  We are exclusively digital.
• Can I see examples of your work?

• How far are you willing to travel?
  Our normal service are is within a 75 mile radius of Washington, DC. We're happy to discuss your specific needs in areas outside of that radius.
• How quickly will I receive my prints?
  Images are posted online for viewing and selection within a few days. Once an order has been placed, it will be ready within a approximately three weeks, depending on the specific nature of the order.
• What makes you different from other photographers?
  My subjects look relaxed and happy. I don't rush through the session, and there is always time to try one more idea or wait for a child's mood to mellow.
