• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will refund 100% of your package price (minus the non-refundable deposit) if you don't like your photos (which has NEVER happened!). We also offer a 100% guarantee on our prints. Even if you order a print and decide a year later you'd rather have that print in black and white instead of color, don't worry, we'll send you a new print for free (plus s&h).
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  As a 2 photographer team, we have a (combined) 9 years experience shooting weddings.

• Do you require a deposit?
  Yes. We require a non-refundable 1/3 desposit to book your wedding.
• How many pictures do you take?
  We average 400-700 photos per wedding (finished). We take thousands.
• Can I keep the negatives?
  Yes. All of your image files (negatives) are included!
• How many weddings have you photographed?
  Combined we have shot over 200 weddings.
• What is your photographic style?
  We specialize in both formal, posed photography and a descriptive photojournalistic style, depending on your wedding needs.
• Do you provide black and white photography?
  Yes. As a digital photography studio, we offer all of our photos in a choice of color, black and white, or sepia tone!
• Do you use digital or film?
  We are 100% digital.
• Can I see examples of your work?
  Yes. Either see above or visit our website for full weddings (follow the "weddings" link).
• How far are you willing to travel?
  We serve all of the Colorado front range and Summit and Eagle counties with no travel fees.
• How quickly will I receive my prints?
  Your online proofs will be up within 8 weeks of your wedding, and once you choose your prints, they will arrive in 7-10 business days.
