  I strive for customer satisfaction with all of my clients. However, in extreme cases I understand that a refund policy is necessary so I do have one available.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I am certified through the International Institute of Weddings, Canada and have over ten years of event planning background.
• How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
  My services include everything from as-needed consultations to full-blown wedding design and coordination.
• Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
  I do have a large, and growing, resource pool from which I can refer clients, however vendor selection is always the choice of my clients.
• Can I afford a bridal consultant?
  If you would like to save time, effort and money you can absolutely afford a wedding consultant.
• What makes you different from other bridal consultants/wedding planners?
  The biggest difference is the fact that I am an independant planner working for my own business. I am not employed by a hotel or venue like many wedding planners are.
• How do you charge for your services? Do you require a deposit?
  Consultations are a 'pay as you go' service, my planning packages require a deposit and a contract.
