We do not have a customer satisfaction policy, but we will return your deposit up 'til one week after we have received it.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
I am a Certified Wedding Specialist, certified by Weddings Beautiful, a Division of the National Bridal Service, and a member of the American Academy of Wedding Professionals.

Q.	How many weddings have you planned?
Since I'm just starting out, I have only planned 5, but the clients were very satisfied and wrote me 5 Letters of Reference.

Q.	How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
Our slogan is: "We can do a little...or we can do a lot!" It all depends on what package you choose. But some of the things we do are: assist you with creating a wedding theme, assist you in choosing the invitations and the wording for the invitations, address and mail the invitations, create and maintain the RSVP list, find & book the caterer, florist, bakery, etc. And much, much more.

Q.	Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.
We recommend that you let us assist you in providing the above services and more. Which includes us directing your rehearsal, ceremony and reception, collecting your monetary gifts and regular gifts, and taking them to a place pre-designated by you, we also help plan your honeymoon, bridal shower and rehearsal dinner. If you choose our full package, we give you a free scrapbook of your wedding.

Q.	Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
Yes, we have a list of wedding professionals that provide our clients with discounts from 5-25%, so we think it best that you use them. But of you have a particular vendor you prefer, we will negotiate a discount for you with them.

Q.	Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
No, we don't.

Q.	Can I afford a bridal consultant?
I think you can afford ME. Because I am just starting out in business, I'm charging some of the lowest fees in the area. And because we get you discounts on wedding professionals, our service pays for itself.

Q.	What are your rates?
$650.00-2000.00, but until Oct. 31st 2007, we are slashing our fees by 50%!

Q.	What makes you different from other bridal consultants/wedding planners?
We have an excellent memory, so we remember everything you ask for, we have an excellent eye for detail, and we listen, unlike other consultants who may try to force their ideas on you, or who don't pay attention to your requests.

Q.	What services do you provide? What are your specialties?
We plan and produce all sorts of social/corpor- ate/school events. The services we provide can include: designing your event's theme and event plan, setting up a budget, publicizing your event, obtaining tickets/invitations, finding and booking event-related vendors, giving monthly or weekly progress reports, mailing out invitations, obtaining permits if applicable, planning decor, etc.

Q.	What is your experience? How many events have you planned and what type?
We have produced many events--too many to count. We have planned fashion shows, Black History Month Contests, Open Houses, Customer and Employee Appreciation Weeks, birthday parties, family reunions, baby showers, bowling fundraising parties, a school reunion, fashion shows Grand Openings, Holiday parties, company picnics etc.

Q.	How do you charge for your services? Do you require a deposit?
We have packages. We divide them up by the amount of time and tasks you want us to to dedicate to the event. Up to 4 hours is one package, 6-8 hours is another package and all the hours it requires to produce a successful event is the final package.

You should use me because I've produced many successful events, I pay attention to your every desire, and my fees are low.
