We also provide: QuickBooks seminars and training, incorporations, LLC formations and dissolutions.

Q.	What are your qualifications? What professional certifications do you have?
Certified Public Accountant and many years of experience. As CPAs we need to take 120 credits (hours) of continuing education every three years.

Q.	How do you charge for your services?
All services are quoted flat fees, (such as monthly bookkeeping, tax returns, and Offers In Compromise) with the exception of some IRS audits or other unique representations.
