Jim is the managing principal of Hyre & Associates which he opened in 2005. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in management in 1992. He began his career as a financial advisor with VALIC in 1992, mainly creating financial plans for university professors. He moved to A.G. Edwards in 1996 to do more comprehensive planning for executives and retirees. Jim joined McDonald Investments in 2000 to become a branch manager.
