• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes, I have a customer satisfaction policy but, I have never had a client ask for a refund. I don't take on anyone as a client unless they agree to follow the program and are 100% committed to results. My customer satisfaction rate is somewhere around 95%. I can offer referrals from past clients.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  14 years experience (over 10,000 hours) as a one-on-one Fitness Specialist; Certified by both The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)and American Council on Exercise (ACE)as well I have been a featured Fitness Pro on Fox 11’s Good Day LA’s “Ask The Expert” segment as well as a Featured Trainer on The Discovery Channel’s Fitness Challenge show.
• What is your educational background?
  I have a degree in Psychology from Skidmore College. I use that knowledge to motivate and keep my clients focused on their goals.
• What approach do you take with your clients?
  I concentrate on what your goals and needs are and help you achieve them as quickly as possible.
• Where do you train your clients? Do you train clients in their own home?
  I train at my private gym in West LA. I sometimes train clients at home, but usually not at peak hours when I am very booked.
• Do I need a home gym in order to train at home?
  Not at all. I have almost all the necessary equipment.
• Do you provide dietary advice?
  Yes. I can create a diet for you that will speed up your results. If you need more detailed help with your diet or have to lose weight very quickly for a specific goal, I also work with a nutritionist who can provide metabolic burn rate tests as well as an at-home food delivery service.
• What are your rates?
  Rates vary from $60-$125 an hour depending upon your goals, how many times a week we meet and if I have to travel to you. I sometimes offer a starter package for new clients. E-mail me for more info.
• Do you provide any guarantees on results?
  Yes. I guarantee your results. But, I will not take you as a client unless you are 100% committed to your results! I have fired clients who are not committed.
• What makes you different from other fitness trainers?
  2 Reasons: 1) I am more knowledgeable. I have an advanced certification, and over 14 years experience. 2) I will get you results. Period.
