My business is a service business, it seems to allow people of all ages and walks of life the benefits of fitness, I'm a certified trainer and have a diploma in nutrition as well, as many other certifications. Besides having been educated in the health industry i'm also a Social Worker which seems to help with the other issues that come along with body image. I have been in this field for many years as well i work out my self 5-6 days a week .

Due to the nature of the business we don't give refunds, i will put session on hold, eg vacations, illness, family issues, things of this nature. |

I' am certified first class trainer with NFPT , i have a nutrition diploma as well as two other certifications in this area, i'm a S.S.W and as well i'm certified in the stability ball and pilates. |

Well i think being a social worker, as well i look at other reason why we gain weight and are not able to meet our goals. Alot of the time there are emtional issues attached to weight issues. |

Just make sure you are not filling up on those bad card ie "bread". Yes you can live a normal life, it's all about balance. |

Yes, there are alot of protein replacments, and alot of foods out there now for vegetarians eg soya. |

Not really, but if you had a glass of red wine on your off day ,it would be ok, only one and only once a week. |

NO!!! Eat whole food, not processed foods. |

no because you are eating every two hours, and if you are not filling up with the wrong carbs and the wrong fats, then you will be OK.. |

i believe one day a week, you can have what you would like."moderation" |

Depends on the client, they play a large role in there own weight loss. |
