Already have a workout program but not getting the right results? Im the guru of "tweaking". Do you need to lose weight, tone or get on a nutrition or workout plan, want 6 pack abs or tighter glutes? Call me. You do not need to belong to a gym or buy any equipment to get great results. Do it! Be surprised! I do IN-HOME mobile fitness training. Which means, I can train you at your home, apartment, office or on location. Flexible hours by appointment Mon-Fri My experience is in weight-training, diet and body sculpting ---"tweaking", endurance training, toning, weight loss, sports specific training, nutrition guidance, cardio/running buddies,in-home therapy, stretching, etc. Prices can vary according to type of training/location--IN HOME TRAINING STARTS AT $85 per session and I service exclusive clients throughout Tampa, New Port Richey, thru Sarasota.

  We do not provide refunds. However, for training sessions ..if you miss an appointment and you call ahead...you will be allowed to make that appointment up.

  NASM certified. Fitness trainer since 2000. Winner of NPC Gold Cup womens lightweight bodybuilding championship West Palm 2001. CPR certified Experienced with athletes, runners, prenatal, post pregnancy, injuries, neck injuries, post therapy, pilates, stretching, weight lifting, and numerous forms of exercise. Also provide massage when necessary.

  Studio, their home or other location. You do not need a home gym or any equipment.

  No

  Yes

  I train one on one..not in a regular gym setting where there are so many distractions and people are self conscious. Here there is quiet where you can focus on only you as you are "the" important factor in your well-being.
