We are a fully equipped, One-on-one Personal Training Studio that specializes in designing individually designed programs for our clients that includes strength training, cardio, stretching, complete nutritional guidance, core work and athletic conditioning.Guaranteed results.

  Absolutely! If you follow our program exactly as we lay it out and you do not get results, we will give you a full refund.

  Everyone on staff is certified through at least two major certifying organizations, and most of our trainers have a fitness related degree as well.

  Personal Training, group training, specialized programs, weight room orientation and basic memberships.

  Diets don't work...they're all based on willpower or gimmicks, both of which will fail you at some point. We focus on teaching you how your body works, what it needs to be healthy and strong and how to be proactive with your health. In the process, you will become lean and muscular and never have to diet another day in your life.

  We guarantee results, and we have the track record to back it up. Since 1986, longer than any other Personal Training center around.

Q.  How was your program developed?
  Through a combination of science, research, human behavior, experience, trial and error. It's always growing, changing, expanding, being tweeked, as any good business should be. A rolling stone gathers no moss...

Q.  What do I need to get started on your program?
  Call us and set up an appointment. Let's talk about you and your needs and we'll see what fits.

Q.  Once I lose the weight, how do I keep it off?
  Through a lifetime commitment to creating and living a lifestyle that supports being lean, strong and healthy.

  Yes, they are your bodies preferred source of energy.

  Everything

  Funny question, who said we did? That aside, you will learn what a calorie is, what place it has in your life and why you need to have a pretty good idea of how many you need a day.

Q.  How can I easily keep track of what I eat?
  With a nutritional diary.

Q.  Can I choose my own foods?
  Yes.

Q.  Can I dine out while using your program?
  Every meal, if you like.

Q.  Can a vegetarian be on your program?
  Yes. We are very familiar with all of the various types and what their specific needs are.

Q.  Can I drink alcohol while on the program?
  Yes, in limited amounts.

Q.  Shouldn't I just eat low-fat products to lose weight?
  America's been on a low fat diet for 20 years and gained 10 pounds! education is the key here.

Q.  Will I go hungry using your program?
  It's hard to go hungry when you're eating 5-6 times a day!

Q.  Does your program make room for favorite food cravings?
  Absolutely! I have popcorn, chocolate, 1 pepsi, ice cream and pizza weekly and still maintain an average of 10% bodyfat while training a total of only 5 hours per week.. I don't say that to brag, just to illistrate that it's entirely possible.

Q.  How much weight can I lose per month on your program?
  The average person witll lose 2 pounds of fat per week, though many people lose much more. Depends on many factors, including age, activity level, number of days per week exercising, etc.

Q.  What type of goals should I set?
  I could write a 10 page column on this subject, because hardly anyone does this right. That's why so many people have blown their New Years resolutions by the 3rd week of January. Here's a hint: Set your goals, then come up with the behaviors that you need to commit to that will lead you to attaining your goals.

Q.  How often do I need to weigh myself while using your program?
  Twice a week, before the weekend and after.

Q.  Do I have to go to the gym or exercise several hours per week to lose weight?
  You need to be active and combine resistance training, cardio and proper nutrition to get into shape.

Q.  Can I follow the program if I'm pregnant?
  Yes, though you should start before you get pregnant.

Q.  Can I use your program if I am already taking prescription medicines for weight loss?
  Yes. You don't need any drugs.

  Yes, our program will do wonders for you.

  We do a very thorough pre-screening before you begin out program, we'll know everything about you before you ever start exercising.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I am certified through ACE, AFFA, Uniquest, The National Strength and Conditioning Association and am a graduate of the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have been training people from all walks of life for 27 years.

Q.  What is your educational background?
  I am a graduate of The National Academy Of Sports Medicine. All of my trainers are either graduates in a exercise related field and/or have multiple certifications and many years of experience.

Q.  What approach do you take with your clients?
  We train our clients to become better athletes...faster, stronger, healthier, more limber, better coordination and balance. We set up every aspect of our clients programs including nutrition, weight training, cardio, core work, lifestyle changes, etc.

Q.  Where do you train your clients? Do you train clients in their own home?
  In our fully equipped, state of the art, private studio located at 4504-W. Kennedy Blvd, Tampa.

Q.  Do I need a home gym in order to train at home?
  All of our training takes place at our studio, but we can help you set up a gym in your home. All we need to know is your budget, square footage and personal needs and we'll take it from there.

Q.  Do you provide dietary advice?
  We will advise you on what to eat, when to eat, portion control, eating out, eating to lose fat and gain lean muscle tissue. We don't do diets because they don't work. You can't be overweight unless you have a lifestyle that supports it, so that is where we begin.

Q.  What are your rates?
  Depends on the program, frequency of training, how many people are training at the same time, number of sessions purchased, etc. We have packages to fit any budget.

  You'll get great results or you'll get a full refund.

  Nope, it's all coed, except for the showers.
