Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services we provide. We will provide a 10% off our rate for that event.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  We are a small family ran business. My wife and myself have been in the entertainment business for a combined ten years. We don't do it for the money or the fame. We are dj's cause we have a passion for music and entertaining people. We love what we do and put our heart into every show we perform at.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  We do not charge an hourly rate. Our minimum rate is $250 for a five hour event.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  Yes we do charge a deposit. Our deposit equals a 50% of the planned event charges. If for some reason the event is cancelled we will refund 50% of your deposit.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  Our experience spans over a ten year period of time. We have been molded and trained by some of the best in the area & we take pride in what we do. The difference between us and other dj's is we love music and entertaining people and most other dj's turn this into just another job. We have been playing at wedding and local clubs with our own equipment since 2006.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  We do not like to think of our selves as specializing in one genre of music. We strive to offer the most veriety in music genres.

Q.  Do you take requests?
  Yes we do take requests. But if the request does not fall into one of the genres that is requested by the person booking the event, we will need his/her permission to play said request.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
  Yes you may provide your own music. But we cannot provide any discounts for you providing your own music. Due to the fact that every package includes us supplying all music for the event.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  Yes we carry back-up equipment in case of failure.

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  Yes we will be the MC in most cases.If you would like to have a different person or you would like to be the MC, we will make arrangements for these special requests.

  Our standard attire is dress shirt, dress pants, and tie for most occassions. If we are required to rent a tuxedo or any other special attire the customer will be required to pay for 50% of rental costs.
