Yes, a retainer of $200 is required. If Client initiates cancellation less than 60 days prior to the event, then only the retainer will be forfeited. If Client initiates cancellation less than 30 days prior to the event, then Client is responsible for the total fee OR may forfeit deposit only by signing a new Entertainment Agreement with DJ within 14 days of cancellation for a substitute event.
