Satisfaciton is guarenteed! Refunds are at the sole discretion of the President and Vice-President of the company.

Shaitown Entertainment has been in business since 1994. Every employee is trained by owner/operator Shane Murphy.

Rates vary by equipment needed, location of event, type of event, frequency of events, etc.

Q.	Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
Yes, deposit is 40% and non-refundable.

Family owned and operated since 1994, Shaitown has successfully d.j.'d over 300 weddings and that number continues to grow every weekend.

Q.	Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
We have a d.j. for almost any kind of event you can think of. Our "DJ roster" is strong in all areas. Depending on your budget, celebrity d.j.'s are also available.

Q.	Do you take requests?
Yes, we take requests! It is ultimately up to the client how much power their guest will have throughout the event. After the agreement is signed and returned they will have 24 hour access to our entire music library via the internet. You may choose music in three different categories. "Must Play" "Play If Possible" and "Do Not Play". You are in control !

Q.	Can I provide my own music?
Absolutely! It must be on a compact disc recorded as an audio file for regular cd players. Do not burn your disc as "mp3" because that will only play in special cd players or your computer!

Q.	Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
There is always a full set of equipment on "stand-by" should any equipment fail at any event. In many cases, back-up gear is already on-site.

Q.	Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
All of our d.j.'s are capable of "MC" work. We request a script a minimum of 72 hours before an event if announcements are complicated or long. For basic announcements please have a script ready for your d.j. at your event.

Q.	What is your standard attire?
Tuxedo for weddings... Button Down Shirt and Khakis or black dress pants for formal events... Shaitown Shirt and Jeans for Casual and Outdoor Summer events.

Generally speaking most companies do the same thing, and the truth is that some do it better. When Shaitown started back in 1994 we used cassette tapes! Our experience is our most valuable asset and it will show at your party.
