Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
Yes! I issue a written Money Back Guarantee which is unique in the DJ industry.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
My training has been extensive. I began at the Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts and Macomb Community College, and have since interned at several radio stations including WRIF. I've also attended numerous classes and seminars over the years to keep current. I frequently write articles for several DJ magazines and websites and have trained other DJs.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
My rate is not by the hour, but per event. It is also all-inclusive, meaning there are no extras or hidden costs. No extras, taxes, or tipping -- just a great, hassle-free time! Generally my total costs run from $995.00 to $1395.00 depending on your needs. (Remember -- this includes everything!)

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
Yes, I require a 25% deposit. These usually run from $250.00 to $350.00 depending on the sound / lighting package you require. Many payment options. All major credit cards accepted. Cancellations: deposits are non-refundable. Contract can be cancelled without penalty anytime prior to 60 days before the event. See my contract for complete details.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
October, 2004, marks my 25th anniversary as a DJ, and I've been full-time since 1985. I have done literally thousands of events! I have also worked various Metro Detroit nightclubs over the years, including C.J. Barrymore's and Wooly Bully's.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
Yes and no. While I don't specialize in any specific genre, I've made it my business to be familiar with all of them. I currently offer the largest mobile music library in my area!

Q.  Do you take requests?
Yes! I provide a complete set of planning forms so you can select your favorite music (and activities) in advance. During my performance, I even have a "request desk" for your guests!

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
Yes, if necessary. If you give me your list ahead of time, I try and collect together all of your requests so you don't have to drag your valuable CDs around on your wedding day.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
Not only do I have back-up equipment, but it is ON-SITE and of equal quality to my main gear. (This is why I have such a large vehicle. I travel with two complete sound systems at all times.)

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
Yes! I consider all announcements and introductions to be my job, unless you designate soneone else. I'm a professional announcer.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
Tuxedo at all formal events. (I even try to color coordinate!) I will also match your theme, if any.

Q.  Are you insured?
Yes. Over one million dollars of liability.

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
First, I am full-time. This means that your party isn't my "side job." Secondly, music is my bottom line. I arrive at your event with over 30,000 individual songs! Lastly, 2004 marks my 25th year as a DJ. When you hire me, you hire experience. And these are just the highlights!
