  Yes, we do our best to ensure 100% satisfaction for our clients. Let us know how we may help you and we'll do our best to ensure it is done.

  Let us know if you are a client who has opened your home to foster rescue pets for adoption. BAH supports pet rescue and adoption.

  All care is provided at the clients home.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Pet First Aid & CPR. All employees are required to attend a 2 week training course initially and then have continued training & evaluation there after.

Q.  What are your rates? What services do these rates include?
  Our rates are determined by the individual needs of each animal. Please contact us so we may determine what your pet's require and assess the cost for you.

Q.  Do you charge extra for giving medication?
  Rates are determined by the individual needs of each animal.

Q.  How many times a day do you come to visit my pets? How long is each visit?
  Care is determined by the individual needs of each animal. 1 to 4 times a day.

Q.  Will you come and meet with me and my pet(s) before I travel?
  Yes, we can gladly arrange an Initial Consult for you, prior to any care being provided. This is complimentary.

Q.  Do I pay before or after my return? Is there a deposit?
  We use a billing method. We send these out after care is provided. Deposits are required for all care to be administered during a holiday.

Q.  Will I need to show a proof of vaccination?
  No, because your pet is always at home, we are able to care for pets with a variety of illnesses including auto-immune disorders. Healthy pets are always welcome.

Q.  What will you do if my pet becomes sick while I am away?
  Initially we contact the Vet your pet is familiar with. If this is not possible, we then contact the vet in closest proximity to your residence.

  Bonded, Insured, BBB member, NAPPS member for your reassurance.
