Drying times may vary depending on the type and condition of the carpet or rug. However we use special treatment to minimize it without causing any shrinkage or other problems.

Primarius guarantees to perform all cleaning services to your complete satisfaction, at the agreed upon price. If stains return we'll gladly re-clean, at no charge. If you are still unsatisfied we will give you a full refund.
Our warranty:
Each carpet cleaning package comes with our 1-Year carpet cleaning warranty. To ensure your carpet remains spot free between regular cleanings, our warranty gives you access to professional touch-up cleaning at at reduced rate. The service charge is $15.00 & touch up cleaning is only $5.00 per cleaning area.
Our policies:
1. We do not write contracts. We are sure that your satisfaction will keep you committed.
2. Failure to cancel appointments by 12:00pm the previous day will result in a $50.00 cancellation charge.
