  Our commission is paid direct from the vendor. Most vendors require at deposit within 14 to 30 days after booking, final payments are normally due 30 to 45 days prior to arrival.

  We have been planning and working as onsite agents for group/meeting travel since 1990 and are here to help as much or as little as you need to make your function reflect your style.
