Yes. It is the policy of our company to meet and exceed the expectations of all of our clients

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
As the owner, I am trained as a Master Turntablist, as well as Digital Disc Jockey. All of my new DJs go through a complete two month orientation as well as basic training. At which point they are sent on the road with Veteran DJs until they can be signed off on by that VDJ. Training is only done at pre-approved events.

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
$399 for the first three to four hours. $75 an hour for every hour after that

Q.	Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
The deposit is only $100 to lock in your date. Events can be canceled with seven day written notice. All monies paid will be refunded minus the deposit.

We specialize in all genres of music. We love it all! From Hip Hop, to Go-Go, from Country to Top 40.

Q.	Can I provide my own music?
If you'd like, but why trouble yourself. Platinum Sounds has a library of over 50,000 songs. Nine times out of ten we'll have it, the tenth time we'll get it!

Q.	Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
We maintain a rooving DJ on weekends whos responsibility is to be available with back up equipment should a DJ be in need durning a show.

Q.	Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
