Business Description
Let me tell you a little bit about Photography by Linda and how we will capture these once in a lifetime moments. Two Photographers working together start about two hours before the event. There are two full time photographers at all times. During your event, you get two different perspectives of all the important people involved. Photography that will tell the story of this specially planned day from beginning to end. Photography with all of the traditional portraits, yet capturing the emotion of the moment as it happens. You will get vivid color, black and white, antiqued, double exposure effect, and specialized photographs using techniques that will colorize features of some of your black and whites with your package. We offer different packages to try and meet every budget. I know you have planned carefully for this day, and I feel it a privilege to give you photographs to cherish a lifetime. Take a few minutes to visit our web site, if you haven't already, and view numerous samples of the work we have done. Sincerely, Linda Trotter

Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
We like to make sure you have made the right choice in choosing us as your photographer. We will allow a second session at no additional charge to create the images you wish to convey.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
Having been in business for fifteen years, I can honestly say that my clients are my certification. Recieving offers to join what are essentially expensive refferal clubs such as PPA, I have relied on my personal refferals and my candid approach to photography. This has allowed me to stay successful in this business. I believe that photography is a subjective art, and will always be viewed differently through the eyes of each viewer. Go with what you know works for you, and always do your homework before choosing.

Q.  What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
We average between 15% To 35% less rates as comparable to most other photographers for what is offered in their packages. Visit our website for details on packages.

Q.  Do you require a deposit?
A deposit is required to secure your date. This is to prevent us from booking this day while you plan arrangements with your other vendors.

Q.  How many pictures do you take?
Some clients say, "you take too many pictures". Of course, afterwards, they realise we attempt to remove the possibilities of eyes closed, mouths open, heads turned, and many other unatural and unpleasant aspects of exposures which take place. Other examples of this are: People who are not participating in the photograph walking in the background and other untimely things as lighting changes creating unwanted shadows.

Q.  Can I keep the negatives?
Negatives are really a photographers livelyhood. When a perspective client asks for 'the negatives' every photographer is looking at the potential customer as someone who cannot afford their services and would like to save money by printing photographs on their own. The is an honest and fair statement. Knowing this, a surcharge is usually added to finalize costs. Yes, you can retain the negatives.

Q.  How many weddings have you photographed?
We photograph anywhere up to 50 weddings each year, we have been offering photography for 15 years.

Q.  What is your photographic style?
We cover your event from beginning to end in a style that captures posed, traditional, and candid.

Q.  Do you provide black and white photography?
Black and white photographs are a wonderful mix we include with your collection of photographs.

Q.  Do you use digital or film?
Because we do use the latest equipment we are Digital Photographers. Digital is the best choice after much deliberation combined with years of experience. To name just a few of the reasons: High Density Files (Every photograph we take is 16 X 20) Digital files allow for Digital CDs, Digital Emailed Photographs, Etc.. Files never get Scratched or Dust with repeated printing (Negatives get brittle over time) Backgrounds can be changed All Color photography can be converted to Black and White (Not the other way around) Corrections of any kind can be made (We recently removed a bandage off of someones face) Digital files do not take up space in our studio so we can keep them literally forever.

Q.  Can I see examples of your work?
After you see our work at www.photolinda.com. Let us show you what wonderful possibilities exist for your photographs through a visit to our studios when you are in the neighborhood, such as enlargements, creative effects and exposures.

Q.  How far are you willing to travel?
Traveling all of Florida, Georgia, and The Carolinas, we provide two day coverage for distances over 300 miles.

Q.  How quickly will I receive my prints?
We realise the importance of your photographs, this is why we allow 8 to 10 weeks for final delivery. We correct every picture for contrast, color, saturation, and density to make sure you are getting the very best in photography.

Q.  What makes you different from other photographers?
Accessibility to your photographer is an important feature, long after others have 'closed for the day' we are available as late as 9 pm for spontaneous ideas and requests. Our ability to create photographs you are looking for not the other way around. We display our work on-line with many examples to show the clients what to expect... not 'Locked-Up' with time consuming passwords.
