Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
If the customer is not satisfied with the results and it is not due to a technical problem, we will reshoot the entire session for half price. If the result is due to a technical problem, we will reshoot the entire session for free.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
I have been photographing people almost as long as I've been able to hold a camera in my hands. I am almost completely self taught, which I think allows me to bring a fresh perspective to the art.

Q.  What are your rates?
I have very reasonable rates and the total cost of the session will be explained up front before any money is collected.

Q.  Do you require a deposit?
We do not require a deposit on portrait sessions, only on weddings.

Q.  What packages do you offer?
We do not offer set packages. We prefer to let the customer choose exactly what they want.

Q.  How many pictures do you take?
We will take as many images as it takes to get the job done so that you are satisfied with the results.

Q.  Can I keep the negatives?
We do offer the full resolution, finished digital images on CD for a fee.

Q.  What is your photographic style?
I follow a modern approach, preferring the LA/New York style feel to headshots and a lifestyle approach to portraits. Weddings are shot as a blend of Editorial and Fashion.

Q.  Do you provide black and white photography?
We will convert images to black and white. When we do, we use a painstaking process that is unique to each image. We will not "batch" a bunch of images and process them in B&W all the same way.

Q.  Do you use digital or film?
We are all digital, but we use some of the most advanced equipment available which can be printed as 20x30 and bigger without loss of image quality.

Q.  Can I see examples of your work?
You can see samples of our work at http://www.b2pix.com or you can schedule a free consultation at our studio. There is no obligation to have such a consultation.

Q.  How far are you willing to travel?
I will travel at no additional charge anywhere in Tarrant and Dallas Counties, and much of Denton, Collin, Ellis, and Johnson Counties.

Q.  How quickly will I receive my prints?
Online proofs are usually available within one week for a portrait session, two weeks for a wedding.

Q.  What makes you different from other photographers?
I have a more personable approach to photography. I prefer to get to know my subjects, to allow them to relax in front of the camera. I do not stack my schedule, so my appointments are never rushed. The result is a more appealing, relaxed portrait.
