  We perform our surgery in the Out Patient Surgery facility at Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital.

  Most surgical procedures are performed under general anesthesia. The affects of the anesthesia usually wear off in an hour after surgery.
• How do you make sure there are no complications? What if there are complications?
  As with any surgery there is always a possibility of complications. We do everything possible to minimize complications and if one occurs we will guide our patients through to its resolution.
• How long can I expect to be out of work?
  This depends on the type of surgery you have, but generally requires a few days to a week.
• How long does it typically take to heal? Will there be any visible scares or bruises?
  All surgery takes six weeks to heal completely and many patients do not see their final results for three months or more depending on the type of procedure that has been performed.
