Yes. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. However if a client is not happy with a service or product we will work to negotiate a refund acceptable to both parties.

We have been in business for almost 10 years and Trina Fard (owner) has worked in local hotels for 12 years prior to that taking care of special events including weddings. Trina Fard has also received the distinct designation of "Professional Bridal Consultant" through the Association of Bridal Consultants.

Orlando Events by Design has been in business since 1995. The owner Trina Fard has been a life long resident of the Central Florida area where she worked for 12 years in the local hotel industry. Trina has also received the distinct designation of "Professional Bridal Consultant" through ABC. Between her hotel experience and almost 10 years in business the weddings number into the hundreds.

Q.	How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
We begin by putting together a complete budget and specifically dated task list. We begin by visiting ceremony and reception locations from churches to garden sites. Once the location is found we move to the other professionals needed to complete your special day. A professional planner is there every step of the way and attends the day from beginning to end.

Q.	Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.
Using our task list the Bride and Groom has a clear picture of all the items that need attention before, during and after the wedding. The most important thing to remember is that this is a once in a lifetime day and that you have hired a professional to handle most of the details for you.

Q.	Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
We have a list of professionals we provide to our clients but we are not opposed to working with vendors the Bride and Groom may have already met and have built a very good working relationship.

Q.	Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
Our clients pay our fee. We feel this is the fairest way to do business. That way you get to meet lots of vendors offering different levels of pricing and skill. We would not to only refer vendors that offer to pay us a fee for referral. For example there are several excellent photographers in the area that feel their work is exceptional and feel they do not have to offer discount prices.

With the time and money spent on your wedding you can not afford not to hire a professional to assist in all details. Its like having insurance that your day will be the very best it can be with no stress! We have worked to put together hundreds of wonderful weddings. Chances are this is your first major event.
