We do have a customer satisfaction policy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our services, we ask that you let us know. We will be happy to work with you. For our refund policy we do offer a credit back to customers which may be applied toward future services.

Q.	Do you offer play sessions for pets?
The pets will be staying in a home setting with children and adults. Your pet will be treated like a family member. There is play time, nap time and snack time.

We limit the number of pets at a home setting. Space is limited. We do offer a generous discount for additional pets.

We do private boarding. We will board your pet(s) in specially selected homes, where your pet(s) will feel comfortable and be like one of the family members. Want to board your cat and your cat does not like dogs? No problem, your cat will board in a home setting with no dogs. Have a dog that likes to chase squirrels and rabbits? They will be placed in a home with a fenced in yard.

Our boarding is a private home setting, not a kennel. We treat your pets as though they were one of ours. They will stay inside a family home setting specially selected for your pet's needs.

My Pet Nanny is: Bonded & Insured, Vet Recommended, Member of PSI, Doing animal care since 1994, Dependable/Experienced, Pet First Aid and Safety trained.

Q.	Will you come and meet with me and my pet(s) before I travel?
Yes, we require a consultation before any visits begin. This gives us a chance to meet with you and your pets and get any detailed information about our visits with your pets.

Q.	Do I pay before or after my return? Is there a deposit?
We ask that you pay in full before the visit. On some visits we ask for a deposit and the rest is due upon your return.

Yes, we are bonded and insured.

Q.	Do you have pets of your own?
Yes, we have 2 dogs. Our oldest dog is 15 years old and the youngest one is 14 weeks old. They are a lot of fun. I have had pets for 30+ years.
