We also take photos during the event and display them for everyone to see - and burn those pictures to a CD for you to share. We serve most of the southeast. • Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Our refund policy is the deposit will be refunded if the event is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the event. In the 20 years we have been in business, we have NEVER had a dissatisfied customer.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I did radio professionally many years ago, and have been doing events for over 20 years. I would think that my continued success speaks for itself.
• What are your hourly rates?
  These depend on the length of the event and what is required at the event. We do not charge any set up or travel fees. Please e-mail us for a personalized quote for your event.
• Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  We require 1/2 of the expected amount of the event as a deposit along with a signed contract. If the event is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the event, the deposit is returned.
• What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  We have over 20 years experience doing all kinds of events - weddings, parties, corporate events, neighboorhood luaus, and more. In that 20 years, we have performed at over 4000 events.
• Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  We don’t specialize in any particular type of music. We do have a feeling of what will work, and what won’t work at particular events. We also read the crowd and see what might make them get up and dance. We do meet with you prior to the event and discuss what you want played.
• Do you take requests?
  We do take requests, and I will play them if it does not kill the momentum of the event at the time, and is appropriate. Otherwise the request will be played at a more appropriate time of the event, or not at all.
• Can I provide my own music?
  Yes - as long as it is provided to us prior to the event.
• Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  Yes - we always carry backup equipment in the event of failure.
• Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  Of course!
• What is your standard attire?
  This depends on the event and the desire of the client. This can be discussed in our pre-event meeting.
• Are you insured?
  Yes - $1 million general liability.

  Other DJ's may take over the event and make it all about them. We refuse to do that. You hired us for your event, and we keep it all about the event - not us! We meet with you prior to the event and discuss what you want to happen at your event. We do it your way!
