Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Music on the Move works with you every step of the way to ensure that you are always satisfied with your wedding reception. We take into account all of your preferences and "design" the reception you've always dreamed of.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  We are proud members of the National Association of Mobile Entertainers (NAME).

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  Please call or email so we can discuss your needs in detail and we can provide an appropriate quote.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  We require a small retainer fee and a signed agreement to hold the date. The cancellation policy is clearly spelled out in our standard Professional Services Agreement.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  We have over 16 years of experience entertaining all types of events throughout New England.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  We have over 1400 Compact Discs representing all types of music from the 1930's to everything you hear on the radio today.

Q.  Do you take requests?
  Absolutely, not only do we take requests, we ENCOURAGE requests and happily play them as long as they fit the format for the evening.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
  Absolutely, but with our wide selection of music chances are we will already have exactly what you are looking for.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  Our system was designed so that there is no single point of failure. In the event of some catastrophic event the party will go on!

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  Absolutely - we have over 16 years of experience on the microphone and have often been complimented on our MC skills.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
  Black tuxedo.

Q.  Are you insured?
  Yes - we carry liability insurance, which is a requirement of most of the halls in which we play.

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  Our attention to detail and consultative reception planning and design set us apart from other disc jockeys. We put in the time required behind-the-scenes to ensure your wedding day is exactly what you've wanted.
