Our services range from consultations/advice to coordinating the entire wedding. Our clients range from the bride that is completely hands on to the couple that wants to sit back and have the entire wedding planned for them. |

We recommend that you consult with a wedding professional or at least read articles or books about wedding planning, before you start. Organization is the key. Research makes the process easier. Having an experienced consultant can make negotiating contracts simpler. We highly recommend having a professional available for the day of your wedding, to keep everything running smoothly. |

We have great relationships with exceptional vendors. We recommend them as well as other professionals that may meet the clients' needs better. |

No, we do not work with vendors that offer kickbacks. We believe in passing on any savings directly to our clients. We work with vendors that offer a discounts directly to the client based on referrals. |

We believe that everyone can afford a coordinator in some capacity (if only for advice and that's free). The value of an exceptional coordinator is not valued in dollars but by the end result... That being a wedding that is a dream come true. |

Our rates are determined by the services needed by the client. We offer packages that are tailor made for each clients specific needs. We have an hourly charge of $65 for brides/couples that would like to work on a consultation only basis. |

We have been in the event planning business for over 10 years. Miller-Hawkins Productions currently plans over 30 events of all types in a year. We coordinate private parties, corporate events, special events, conferences/conventions, reunions. Any event that needs coordinating we are capable of planning. |

How do you charge for your services? Do you require a deposit? |

We charge a flat rate based upon the event and the extent of services required to plan the event. A 10% non-refundable deposit is customary to commence. |

Regardless if the event is for 10 people or 10,000, the process of event production is the same. We have an organized plan and team of people that will work for you so that you can be a guest at your own event. |
