Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  My fitness background stems from years of dance training in ballet and modern dance. I have since branched out to the gym setting, and followed through with a new-found love for Pilates and Yoga. I am certified with CanFitPro as a personal trainer, and have a bachelors degree in Nutrition.

Q.  What is your educational background?
  I have a bachelor of science in Nutrition, and I am a certified personal trainer with CanFitPro. I also hold an up-to-date CPR and First Aid certification.

Q.  What approach do you take with your clients?
  Life is meant to be enjoyed, so I tailor your program to fit your individual lifestyle needs- you don't have to compromise fun and simple life pleasures to improve your overall fitness, health and wellbeing!

Q.  Where do you train your clients? Do you train clients in their own home?
  I will come to you!!! You can train from the comfort of your own home, or condo gym- I also have all the equipment you will require.

Q.  Do I need a home gym in order to train at home?
  Not at all! If you don't have a gym, I can teach you to train using common household items, your own body weight, and will-power... I can also bring equipment to you, whichever method works best for you!

Q.  Do you provide dietary advice?
  Yes I do. I do recommend that you speak with your doctor before embarking on a new health and fitness regimen with me. Once you have the ok, we can proceed together! I can provide you with an array of tips, tricks and lifestyle/nutrition advice to fit your individual needs!
