Our rates vary, depending on the area(s) affected, and/or the size of the home or structure. The customer can certainly call our office for a free preliminary quote over the phone.

Q.	Do you offer a service maintenance agreement?
Yes. After a customer's initial warranty expires, he/she has the option to extend the warranty on a yearly basis. Today's yearly maintenance rates start at $200, and only go up ever so slightly, with the cost of living.

Q.	Do you offer any guarantees?
On a full home/structure Foam treatment with Boracare, our warranty is three years from the date of completion of service. On a traditional tent fumigation, the warranty is the same, three years from the date of completion.

Q.	If I do not see any termites can I skip a service?
The customer should definitely call us within the initial warranty period if he/she is seeing any kind of evidence of activity from termites. Other than that, if the customer has had a full house foam treatment with Boracare, we will schedule an appointment for one yearly inspection per year, for three years.

Q.	How long are your service visits?
Thanks to the advancement in termite control products and the expertise of our technicians, it is rare that we would even need to go out on a service visit. However, in the event that it would be necessary to make a service visit, it would typically last 30-45 minutes.

Q.	How long do treatments last?
Boracare treatments are designed to last for several years, as are tent fumigations. However, the difference between the two methods is that the foam treatment acts as a preventive measure to keep termites from reinfesting in the same areas originally treated. Tent fumigation offers no preventive measures, but drywood termites are totally eradicated in all accessible and inaccessible areas.

Q.	Is treatment harmful to pets?
During a Boracare foam treatment, people and pets can feel safe to stay inside the home or structure during the entire process. On the other hand, during a tent fumigation, we ask that pets be taken with their owners or boarded for two nights, which is the length of the fumigation process.

Q.	Are you insured?
We are insured, as required by the State of California. Upon request, we will provide evidence of such insurance.

Absolutely. Our company warranties every job, so it is our duty to provide complete customer satisfaction.
