A LUXURY-PERSONAL PET CARE/SITTING BUSINESS. Our mission is to provide the BEST possible care to your pets insuring that they are safe and comfortable and well taken care of, relieving the worries of putting your pet in a caged kennel, and INSTEAD leaving them EITHER in their own home and we visit them, OR bringing them to our cozy home with acreage where they are taken care of by us, owner/operators/Accredited Pet Sitting Technicians and Members of Pet Sitter's Internat'l AND Nat'l Assoc. of Prof. Pet Sitters. We are also on the PREFERRED list of services for the Collier County Sheriff's Dept! We are BONDED, LICENSED and INSURED.We follow your pet care routine which includes walking, feeding and watering, litter box cleaning, exercising and giving any meds your pet may require. We also spend "quality time" with your pet-just playing, petting & loving so your pet receives personal one-one attention while you're away. Each Pet Sit visit is $18.00 for the first 3 Pets in our immediate area.$20.00/visit outside of this area to a certain point. $3.00/ea additional PET. (First 2 Cats count as 1). We give a 5% discount on 8 visits or more prepaid in full.WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR HOLIDAYS! We feel that we must stay at least 45 mins in order to give, (dogs especially) the time needed to walk, feed, walk again, love and play with each pet. We are all truly KINDRED SPIRITS! • Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Since we have been in business, ALL of our customers have been thoroughly happy with our services. We make every attempt to make you and your pet HAPPY! However, since we do get a deposit, and your trip is cancelled, we do a 100% refund with 48 hrs notice, otherwise full credit for future pet sitting services.
• What are your rates?

• Do you offer discounts for multiple pets?
  Our initial per visit rate includes 2 pets. Every situation is different. Sometimes we don't even charge for smaller pets if they are in addition to dogs or cats or bigger animals depending on their type of care.
• Do you have an outdoor play area for dogs? Do you charge extra for play time?
  Yes and there are no extra charges for playtime
• Why should we board our pet(s) with you?
  When a pet has the need to be with us, they stay in our home and have one wing of the house to roam "free". NO cages...unless of course the owner requests this for a certain reason. They have their own "human" bed, central air, ceiling fan, TV or stereo...whichever they prefer. We also have a total of 5 acres where they go to have frequent supervised walks and "playtime".
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  We are members of Pet Sitters International as well as National Assoc. of Professional Pet Sitters. We are accredited Pet Technicians through Professional Pet Sitters. We have been trained in First Aid, Bandages and Dressings, Care of Older Animals and Animal Behavior etc.
• What are your rates? What services do these rates include?
  Our rates are $18.00 for the first 2 PETS per visit in our service area. $20 per visit outside this area. There are some areas we do not service. $3.00 ea addit'l dog, $2 per addit'l pet. Quickie walks are 10-15 min. and are $17 ea./$85 per week and in limited areas only. To put it briefly: we LOVE, WALK, FEED, WALK and LOVE AGAIN...just like you would!!!
• Do you offer overnight service where you stay in my home?
  Unfortunately we no longer provide this service. But please check with us when you call.
• Do you charge extra for giving medication?
  No, that would be included in our rates. We also do not charge extra for walking or playtime like most kennels and some pet sitters do.
• How many times a day do you come to visit my pets? How long is each visit?
  We can come as much as 4 times per day. Each visit is at least 30 minutes long, but lots of time we spend a little extra time at no charge. Also, in some limited areas we do "quickie" visits about 10-15 min. when your pet only needs a quick walk.
• Will you come and meet with me and my pet(s) before I travel?
  We meet you and your pet in an initial consultation so we can become familiar with your pet and it's daily routine and your pet will feel comfortable with us.
• Do I pay before or after my return? Is there a deposit?
  For NEW clients, we ask for a 50% deposit upon the intial consultation. The balanace is then due AFTER your return home. Regular clients usually leave the full fee on our first visit.
• Will I need to show a proof of vaccination?
  No, we just ask you if your pet is current on all of his/her vaccination and ask for your Vet's Name.
• What will you do if my pet becomes sick while I am away?
  We ask for all pertinent Emergency info at the extensive initial consultation. This way, we can reach you and ask you what you prefer us to do. if it is an emergency we have your info ahead of time and will simultaneously call you while taking your pet to the vet of your choice or other arrangements made ahead of time per your request.
• Are you bonded and insured?
  Yes we are both Bonded and Insured. We have been in Naples for almost 16 years and are well known in the community. We are also the PREFERRED PET SITTER for the Collier County Sheriff's Dept.
• Do you have pets of your own?
  Yes, we have 4 dogs, 2 large and 2 small, 2 cats, a blue-front Amazon Parrot, Aquarium Fish and 2 Koi Ponds!
• What are the advantages to using a pet sitter versus a kennel or a neighbor?
  Your pet feels more safe and comfortable in your home that has all of your "smells" in it too. Your pet feels close to you and safe. It won't get fleas, ticks or perhaps catch something from the other pets that can happen if left at a kennel or boarding service. Also, your pet won't be in a CAGE! Sometimes it's impossible to leave your pet at your home and we can keep your pet with us at our home.
• What makes you different from other pet sitters?
  We feel that we give individual loving care to your pet and spend the time that is needed for each pet to feel safe and cared for, no matter how long that takes. We just don't come, take the pet out and that's it. All of our lives, we have truly loved ALL animals. We treat your pet like we've known him/her for years and that we are their lifelong friends, their "Kindred Spirit" companion.
