Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
We don't require any payment until after the event. Thus, if not happy, you don't have to pay us. Just a FYI, we've NEVER not been paid in twenty two years.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
We have a thorough training process at both actual events and our in-office training using an actual sound system. We have DJ training DVDs, manuals and a very comprehensive Customer Service guide. All new DJs are tested in several key areas before they are paired with a senior DJ and monitored in their performance.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
We offer (6) hour packages from $700.00 to $850.00 depending on Friday or Saturday and time of year. We also offer an "Econo" package for less money. Rates are listed on our web site at http://jukeboxexpress.com We do offer discounts via MERSC and will sometimes have specials for a short period of time.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
$125.00 with a signed contract. Deposit is non- refundable. Cancellation within (60) days of the event will hold purchaser responsible for the full balance due.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
We do as a company 250 weddings each year. Our DJs average 25 to 40 events each year and also have between three to fours years of experience as an average. Unlike some very large companies that do as many as 25 to 30 shows at night, we only do (6). It allows us to provide better customer service to a smaller client base.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
No, we carry all types of music from the 1940s up to the current Pop, Hip Hop, Country and everything else in between. All of this is via G4 iBooks that run a great software program called MegaSeg. We can find and play any song instantly!

Q.  Do you take requests?
Yes, several times through out the evening unless told not to by those who have hired us.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
Yes, we will gladly play anything that you bring in, either on a burned CD or standard commercial CD.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
Yes, we have a complete system with music in case of road emergency. We never in our history have had an event stopped due to equipment failure.

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
Yes, we coordinate any and all announcements as required or scripted by those that hire us. Interaction level is determined by those that hire us. We are NEVER overbearing or tell jokes.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
Full black tuxedo unless the customer prefers a suit and tie or even more casual attire.

Q.  Are you insured?
Yes, Two million dollar liability policy with Penn Star Insurance. Company vehicles are insured as is the equipment.

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
We offer excellent, easy to work with service. Our experienced DJ staff is older (no teens) and adheres to our Code of Ethics. Online music and event planner makes it very easy to go through our datebase, hear songs and do much more. We call every client at least (1) week prior to confirm all the details. We are a very reputable DJ service that cares about each event being a success.
