We strive to provide you with the best possible customer service. All deposits are non-refundable. If we are found at fault for circumstances that we are able to control, a satisfactory refund will be considered. |

It used to be. The concept was that a private chef would cook and serve the meals in the home and the position was usually a live-in position. Now it is a convenience most people can't live without. |

What does a service cost and what does the price include? |
| |
The service cost is the personal chef fee plus the cost of groceries that is billed to the Client. The cost of all services include preparation of all entrees with applicable sides chosen based on the information provided by the Client during the initial consultaion. Entrees will include one side dish unless starch and/or vegetables are included in the recipe. |

How does a Personal Chef Service work? |

An initial assessment is done with the Chef and the Client to get the likes/dislikes of the client and the cook day will be determined. It includes menu preparation, grocery shopping, meal preparation done in the client's home, packaging and storage in the refrigerator or freezer, clean up of the kitchen at the end of the cook day with heating instructions left for the client. |

Depending on the package chosen, it is one entree and one side dish. For example, if 5 meals are ordered for two people that week, 10 dishes will be prepared. |

What happens on my scheduled delivery date? |

On the cook date, the Chef will shop for the groceries and prepare enough meals to cover your service along with heating instructions for each dish. |

Depending on the needs of the Client, they can be disposable or reusable, dishwasher, microwave, oven safe containers. |
