I am a licensed architect in Ontario (OAA) with a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Houston, and have been involved in the field of architecture design and construction since 1994

Q.	What architectural style(s) do you specialize in?
Although we have a preference for modern contemporary, we believe that design is not about styles, but about problem solving a client needs. We can integrate clients preferred "style" and create an cohesive design in response to each unique situation; site conditions, surrounding neighborhood, zoning by-laws, budget, etc. all affect the outcome of a proposed architectural design.

Yes. Our experience range from custom residential, small and large scale retail and commercial buildings.

Yes, after meeting in person and understanding the scope of the work to be done, we prepare a detailed and comprehnsive quote for your review.

Q.	What is your rate structure?
$/SF construction, $/Hr up to a guaranteed max., or Contract Lump Sum. Each project is unique and client needs are all different.

Q.	What is included in the price?
Design consultation and services, coordination with engineers as required and complete set of construction documents for tender / building permit.
