Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  A refund means nothing if your reception has been ruined because something happened to the DJ. Instead my contract states that I am obligated (due to unforeseen circumstances), to provide a DJ of equal or better quality at MY cost. IE: if I break both my arms I have to find a replacement even if it costs ME $2000.00

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Electronic Engineer, Worked as a professional Sound & Light Engineer for theater. Apprenticed as a magician for 1 year, Club DJ for 1 year.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  I don't use hourly rates. Prices depend on the type of event, Hall location, Equipment needed, Date, total hours. Prices generally range from $650.00 to $900.00

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  Retainer Fee required. Retainer Fee is non-refundable

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  Over 11 years of Weddings & Corporate Party's.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  No, we play all types.. I am skilled in country music which seems to be rare with some DJ's

Q.  Do you take requests?
  YES!

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
  As long as it is the original CD. MP3's or copy's (CDR's) are Illegal to use unless the DJ has a special license.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  Yes

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  Yes

Q.  What is your standard attire?
  Semi-formal (dress pants and formal shirt with vest) Tux is available upon request.

Q.  Are you insured?
  yes

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  I always meet with the client (when possible) and tailor the event to the customers wants and needs.
