Refund and cancellation policies depend upon the tour operator, airline or cruise line. We will do our best to represent our client until they reach complete satisfaction with the vendor in question. We do make sure our clients know the policies before any deposits are made.

We are constantly training, it doesnt end nor should it. We travel extensively to the places we sell. We have over 30 Disney trips just from one employee, she is a Disney Specialist and is certified as such. We have Celebrity and Royal Caribbean Certified specialists as well as Sandal and Club Med, just to name a few.

We are a full service agency. Our services are free to you. We never charge a service fee for airline tickets. We also offer a free concierge service for our clients to help get those hard to find reservations and sporting event tickets. I haven't missed a Cinderella Breakfast yet for a client. You are our focus from the time you contact us until you arrive safely back home.

Extensively throughout the world. Several years in Turkey with trips to Greece and Germany among other countries. The Caribbean and Mexico have been our playgrounds and you can't beat us when it comes to knowledge regarding any Disney Vacation. The secrets we know can make your vaction a spectacular experience. Next month travel continues to Japan and Hong Kong as we broaden our horizens.
