If you are unhappy with our service, we will refund your deposit! That's right! Simply explain the problem so that we may take steps to insure that it is not repeated in the future. A DJ must break the standard code of conduct for a refund. That's how confident we are that you will enjoy our service!

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
Relatives in the business have been DJ'ing for over 16 years. Training seminars around the country are events that we make it a point to attend.

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
Every event is different. Please call us at 304.279.1038 for your custom quote.

Q.	Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
Deposit is always $100 for every event(Regardless of the total price). Final payment must me made before the event or during the event. (Unless otherwise agreed upon)

Q.	What is your experience? How many events have you done?
We have tons of experience. With over 100 various gigs just in the last couple years. One of our employee has 16 years under his belt.

Q.	Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
We have vast knowledge and content (Over 15,000 songs) from the 40's all the way to the Top 40's!

Q.	Do you take requests?
That's completely up to you. If it's okay, we'll play whatever your guests want to hear. In fact, your DJ will bring a large song reference book that your friends are more than welcome to search through. If, however, you'd prefer that your DJ not take requests, that's also fine. That book can always be left back at the office and we'll just stick to what you've chosen.

Q.	Can I provide my own music?
Beyond what you see on the playlist, we have a master music library that contains more than 15,000 songs. So, if you don’t see a particular selection, there’s a good chance that it’s in our library. Or, if you'd like us to use music from your own collection, we can do that, as well.

Q.	Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
We have a technician on staff who carefully maintains our systems to help eliminate the possibility of equipment malfunctions. To make certain that we're able to deal with any technical challenges that may come up, however, every sound system contains backup gear, which means that you'll have outstanding sound no matter what.

Q.	Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
Yes. We have strong background in art of MC'ing. Any DJ that works for GSProductions is well spoken and has a demo available if requested.

Q.	What is your standard attire?
Wedding = Tux (Unless otherwise specified) School = Depends if formal or casual. Tux or button-down shirt and jeans. Whatever the client wishes.

Yes. RV Nuccio and associates is our agent. Policy numbers are available upon request.

We actually meet with EVERY wedding customer as part of our planning. One of the most important services we offer, which is part of every entertainment package, is the assistance of our wedding coordination staff. We'll help you carefully plan every detail. And if you're looking for interesting ideas to make your reception particularly distinctive, we've got plenty to suggest.
