• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes we do. The DJ you request and book will be the DJ that shows up. There is no "Bait and Switch" at Grand Affairs.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Gale Fulton, the owner of Grand Affairs, is a broadcast professional trained at the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. He has taken that training and passed it on to the other top of the line DJs at Grand Affairs.
• What are your hourly rates?
  Our fee is $700.00 for up to 6 hours. This includes travel, set-up, dance floor lights (if you want them) There are no hidden charges of any kind. - - Anything below 4 hours, and our prices go down.
• Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  We do require a deposit to hold the date and ensure that you get the DJ you are interested in. Once you have made your deposit, that DJ is "Taken Off The Books" and will not contact anyone else about working on your date.
• What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  A graduate of the Connecticut School of Broadcasting, I have been DJing for over 13 years with a focus on weddings. My other DJs are also seasoned professionals with great references.
• Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  We know that everyone's musical taste is different, and we work with you to help "program" a play list for your event. This even includes a "Do Not Play" list. If you hate it, you willnot hear it at your event.
• Do you take requests?
  Yes, if you deem it appropriate. Requests are a great way to involve your guests in your event.
• Can I provide my own music?
  Yes. Or, you may ask us to get the music you want. That way there is no chance of a CD being lost or forgotten.
• Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  Yes. Although our equipment is well maintained professional equipment, back up equipment is always on hand.
• Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  Yes. Grand Affairs DJs are professional Djs and Emcees. We have hosted countless events and have provided not only music, but quality, professional Emcee duties ranging from bridal party announcements to running games and raffles.
• What is your standard attire?
  If we are not asked to dress otherwise, we wear tuxedos. Sometimes we are asked to dress semi-formal (Shirt and Tie) We dress according to your needs.
• Are you insured?
  Yes, all of our DJs are insured.
• How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  My focus when starting Grand Affairs was quality, professional service at an affordable rate. We take the phrase "The Customer Comes First" to heart, and we do not believe that you should have to pay a fortune to have great service.
