We ensure our clients needs are met and we strive to beat their expectations.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
GenXpro's qualifications are an associates degree in audio engineering from the Art Institute of Seattle and 9 years as a DJ.

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
Our rates are different depending on some key factors. We have lower rates during M-F and off peak wedding season for weddings on a small budget. Our website lists our current competitive prices. www.TheGenXpro.com

Q.	Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 50% deposit and signed contract between us and the client to reserve the date of their wedding. After that is completed the date is set in our calendars and is exclusive only to that client. The remainder of the balance is due on or before the wedding date. Our cancellation policy is up to two weeks before the wedding date and we refund all of the deposit.

Q.	What is your experience? How many events have you done?
We have done over 30 weddings and have experience with bigger productions. We can help during the rehearsal if the client doesn't have a ceremony director.

Q.	Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
We carry all genres of music on hard drives at every event. We meet with the clients to find out their music preferences to get a feel of how the envisioned their big day.

Q.	Do you take requests?
We only take requests if our clients allow us to. Some clients ask that we stick to the music that the chose or only play requests that are appropriate for the wedding.

Q.	Can I provide my own music?
A client can provide their own music. We as if it is on CD or in a digital format that we can check it for low quality or problems during playback. We would never want any bad audio to be played that would hinder their special day. We have high standards for audio content.

Q.	Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
We always carry back up equipment in the case of a failure and we always check our equipment before the event. We treat our equipment with care because we depend on it.

Q.	Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
We specialize in being the Master of Ceremonies.

Q.	What is your standard attire?
We wear what our clients ask of us. If it is very formal we own tuxedos. If it is formal we can wear black slacks and a white collard shirt so that we blend with the other staff providing services during the wedding. If it is a special theme wedding we can dress appropriate for that theme.

Q.	Are you insured?
Yes we carry an insurance policy. We are professionals and we set our equipment up so that it is highly unlikely we have an accident.

We are different than other DJs because we are very professional and highly organized. We pride ourselves on it. Our clients success is our success and we never take the spotlight from the bride and groom.
